Returns

If your DIRTY JACK cookware doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days. It must meet certain conditions to be eligible for return.

• The cloth is in the original packaging
• The cloth has not been used or washed

The order amount will be refunded within 30 days of receiving your return. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs to the online store. We will, however, refund any shipping costs you incurred for your order.
