If your DIRTY JACK cooking towel does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days. It must meet a number of conditions to be eligible for return.

• The cloth is in the original packaging
• The cloth has not been used or washed

The order amount will be refunded within 30 days after receipt of your return. The costs for returning to the webshop are for your own account. However, we will then refund any shipping costs you may have incurred for your order.

What works really well is creating an address label online. You can do this on the PostNL website. The return package is then immediately stamped.
