Dirty Jack General Terms and Conditions for Consumers
Article 1 – Definitions
1. Dirty Jack: is a trade name of Kooktover! BV, located in Groningen,

Article 6 – Delivery

3. If the customer does not pay the full purchase amount within the agreed period,

Article 7 – Retention of title
1. All products delivered by Dirty Jack remain the property of Dirty Jack until the

Article 9 – Warranty
1. The warranty period is in accordance with the statutory provisions, unless otherwise stated in the

2. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse,
or changes made to the product by the customer.
3. If a product is under warranty, Dirty Jack will, at its sole discretion, replace the product
repair, replace or provide a refund.
4. The customer is obliged to report the defect within a reasonable period of 2 months after discovery.

Article 10 – Complaints procedure

Article 11 – Liability
1. Dirty Jack is only liable for damage suffered by the customer if this damage is
caused by intent or deliberate recklessness of Dirty Jack.
2. If Dirty Jack is held liable, such liability is limited to direct
damage resulting from the performance of the agreement.
3. Dirty Jack is not liable for indirect damages, such as consequential damages, lost profits,
missed savings, or damages suffered by third parties.
4. Dirty Jack is not liable for any form of personal injury or other damage that
resulting from the use of the product, for example with hot or flammable materials,
such as ovens, barbecues or open fires. The customer is responsible for the safe and
correct use of the product and must exercise due care when
handling hot materials and/or near (open) fire or hot surfaces. The
Cooking cloth is heat-resistant, but not fireproof.
5. Dirty Jack's liability is limited to the invoice amount with a maximum

Article 12 – Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
1. Dirty Jack reserves the right to unilaterally change these general terms and conditions.
